Course Description
The course is a survey of different topics in biomedical engineering and biotechnology. The course will emphasize a multidisciplinary approach across a range of specializations within the University of Massachusetts BMEBT Program. There will be emphasis on quantitative analysis and engineering methods. MATLAB programming will be required to complete homework and assignments. Prior MATLAB experience is not required; students will be able to achieve a basic level of MATLAB proficiency by course end. MATLAB workshops may be schedule to assist those students that may need additional assistance.
