Yuho Kim

My research is focused on understanding the roles of mitochondria in muscle health and diseases

My research group studies therapeutic strategies such as drug and gene delivery, exercise, and other treatments for multiple diseases such as neuromuscular disorders, cardiac disorders, and aging-related diseases.

We approach with a combination of molecular, functional, and imaging analyses using cell and animal models.
