Bio

I am a physical therapist, exercise physiologist, faculty member, and clinical educator who is passionate about increasing knowledge of movement within a population health model through research and experience. My clinical expertise is in blood flow restriction therapy (BFRT) and I routinely teach clinical education courses on the topic throughout the country and internationally.

I believe 100% that health and wellness is achievable for everyone given the right knowledge and action plan. It is my hope to educate and guide students to find their path to help patients and clients achieve their goals.
