ENGL 2580: Disability in Literature: Required course for the Disability Studies minor that focuses on portrayals of disability in film, drama, prose, and poetry. 

HONR 3300: Special Topics in Honors: 13 Ways to Kill a Vampire: Honors Seminar centered on the study of vampires from the 13 different disciplines/departments in the College of Fine Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.

ENGL 3125: Literature of the New England Witchcraft Trials: Advanced seminar for undergraduate students focused on representations of witch trials in New England. 

HONR 3300: Special Topics in Honors: Factory Gothic – Horror & Industrialization: Honors Seminar focused on poems, stories, novels and other forms of popular culture by and about industrial workers, focused especially on nineteenth-century Lowell, but also considering the global impacts of the Industrial Revolution. 

ENGL 3370: The Gothic Tradition in Literature: Upper-level course tracing the development of the Gothic genre in British and American literature.  

ENGL 2820: American Literary Traditions: Undergraduate survey course for English majors covering literature from the beginnings of America through 2000. 

FAHS 1090: First Year Seminar: The one-credit First Year Seminar is for new, first-time first-year students, focused on introducing students to opportunities across the disciplines at UML and developing skills to succeed in college.
