The overarching goal of Fanglin Research Group is to develop innovative strategies to produce renewable energy, fuel and chemicals via the computational design of efficient thermo- and electro-catalytic processes. A special focus is placed on understanding catalytic properties of surfaces (or nanostructures) at atomic/molecular level and multiphysics in catalysis at reactor scale in the applications of fuel cell, electrocatalysis, next-generation renewable energy, solar cell, and material science.
