Accessibility is a term that allows more people to see and understand what is being presented. One of the tools used making video more accessible are closed captions which show on the screen what is being said.
Currently, Echo360 automatically creates a transcription of any recording and also applies that transcription as a caption. Note: Captioning is not retroactive on older recordings, but captions on newer recordings made since 9/1/22.
You can correct both the transcription and captions by first logging into the Echo server (https://echo360.org) to first view the transcription, edit the transcription & then make corrections where needed and apply that transcription as the CC file.
Edit the transcription created by Echo360.

Zoom handles transcriptions differently, automatically applying them as captions. You can edit those as well, however.
